According to The Lawyers Weekly, “In the world of contract drafting, Ken Adams is the guru.” He’s also the author of A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting (2d ed. 2008), the best-selling title of the American Bar Association. Ken gives public seminars in the U.S. with West Legalworks, and in Canada with Osgoode Professional Development, as well as internationally. He conducts in-house seminars worldwide for companies, law firms, and government agencies. He acts as consultant and expert witness, and is a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
