Door and Hardware Consulting:    We provide independent door and hardware consulting services to architects, building owners, and general contractors. Whether you’re an architect who’s had enough of free hardware consulting services that never really seem to deliver, a building owner looking to establish or amend facility hardware standards, or a contractor looking for assistance reviewing your subcontractor’s hardware packages, we can help. We have experience developing hardware solutions for difficult design applications that nobody else could solve. And we even offer a call-in clinic for folks who cannot get from their free hardware consulting service the attention to detail and special hardware solutions their design or installation may require. Elevator Specifications:    Since many specifiers avoid elevator specifications, project teams have repeatedly had to rely on manufacturer specifications prepared by product representatives for those projects whose budgets don’t afford elevator consulting services. We now offer an alternative. In collaboration with different elevator consulting firms, we deliver professional elevator specifications of the same quality as those prepared by your elevator consultants. We don’t offer elevator consulting as a service, and the specifications we provide don’t replace the benefit of having an elevator consultant for your project. But for those projects with only a few elevators making a limited number of stops, we do provide a cost-effective alternative to manufacturer-prepared specifications. REMOTE CONSULTING

Very few issues can be resolved (or sometimes even understood) within the bounds of a single phone call or email, and quick responses to rapidly-stated questions often don’t do justice to anyone. That’s why we created our remote consulting services ; to help you tackle those issues that can’t be solved with single-serving-size solutions. Instead of quickly dispensing incomplete advice, our remote consulting options deliver the close attention you and your situation deserve, accompanied by a relationship with AWCWEST and some time to allow for trial and error, feedback, and fine-tuning of solutions.
